Patrick H. Gago was born in Venezuela and lived there until the age of six before his family relocated to Cookeville, Tennessee. Raised bilingual in Spanish and English, Patrick is fully fluent in both languages. He went on to attend Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Mathematics. Following graduation, Patrick returned to Cookeville and served as a Spanish Interpreter for the Putnam County School System for one year.
Building on his passion for language, service, and advocacy, Patrick went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in May 2025. While at Belmont, he served as Secretary of both the Student Bar Association and the Criminal Law Society, and as Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Journal, where his own note was published as a Note of Distinction. Patrick gained extensive legal experience clerking for both the 21st Judicial District (Williamson County, Tennessee) and the Tennessee Supreme Court, as well as working at the Fleming-Wilmoth Law Firm for three years under the mentorship of attorneys Rett Roach and Charlotte Fleming. Patrick takes pride in his strong work ethic, dedication to his clients, and his passion for serving his community through the practice of law. Patrick H. Gago nació en Venezuela y vivió allí hasta la edad de seis años antes de que su familia se mudara a Cookeville, Tennessee. Criado bilingüe en español e inglés, Patrick habla ambos idiomas con fluidez. Luego asistió a Centre College en Danville, Kentucky, donde obtuvo su licenciatura en español con una especialización en matemáticas. Patrick regresó a Cookeville y sirvió como intérprete de español para el Sistema Escolar del Condado de Putnam por un año.
