Charlotte Fleming is the Founding Partner of The Fleming-Wilmoth Law Firm. She has handled over 4,000 divorce cases since 1987. Charlotte was raised in western New York. A licensed Tennessee attorney since 1987, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, and a B.A. in Political Science at Allegheny College with honors. Charlotte taught at Austin Peay State University as an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department through 2013.
Charlotte has served for over 10 years as the Assistant for the City Judge of Springfield, Tennessee, and served as Assistant Juvenile Judge for Robertson County, Tennessee, for seven years. She was elected as Robertson County Business Woman of the Year in 1999 and is listed as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator (domestic violence certified). Charlotte served as president of the Robertson County Bar Association from 2002-2004 and received the Golden Key Award as a Dale Carnegie graduate. |
